Owner, Norman YaTooma, for his generous donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for writer Joseph Muzzin’s quest to raise funds by running in a marathon in San Diego this June.


“We really understand what it means to be a community, when people like Norman YaTooma lead the way in showing the importance of supporting each other,” said Publsher, Trish Brown.


Muzzin, who writes the column A Voice for Kids in Special Ed,  lost his mother, Denise, in 1999 to the disease and is also the president of his own foundation Handmade Gifts of Love which makes gifts for kids who are ill and in children’s hospitals. Muzzin has approximately $1000 left to raise by April 30.
