“Burnt Ends”: Pitmaster Robbie Richter (formerly of Brooklyn’s Fatty ‘Cue) previews Roadhouse LA, slated to open this summer, today to through Sunday at This Is Not a Pop-Up. On the menu at the “Burnt Ends” dinner series: Tejas sausage tempura, mustard, queso, bock and lap cheong aioli; brisket shabu shabu with smokey bone broth and cured and barbecued deckle; Jamaican jerk Frenched cupcake chicken with curried black-eyed peas and drunken grilled pineapple salsa; pulled Moroccan lamb shoulder with central Asian plov; and Southern cakes and pies. Chez Soi all-you-can-eat (and drink): The newly opened Chez Soi is offering all-you-can-eat moules frites (mussles and duck fat french fries) for $25.00 per person from Saturday to Monday (Memorial Day).
