Founded in 2006 on Flickr.com, Exposure.Detroit is Metro Detroit’s largest photography group.
Exposure.Detroit boasts 2100+ members, comprised of photographers of all levels, from amateur to professional. They offer seminars and continuing education, group photo walks, gallery opportunities, and public photo exhibits.

We pride ourselves as be a positive vehicle for Detroit and Michigan,” Chris Hardy exclaimed, President of the Exposure.Detroit.
Currently, the work of Exposure.Detroit members can be seen in several locations − The Bean and Leaf cafe in Royal Oak, Garden City Hospital, the Woodbridge Pub in Detroit, the University of Michigan Hospital and local coffee shops throughout the Metro Detroit area. Each of these locations offer a different perspective and subject matter and the exhibits change regularly.
Exposure.Detroit is a major player in the art scene in Detroit and the surrounding areas. It also has a very large web presence since it was founded and is still very active on Flickr.
