To acknowledge the vital role family support plays in the lives of America’s military service men and women, and to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the USO, the Wilmington Celebrates committee of USO-NC presents a marriage vow renewal ceremony and celebration aboard the USS North Carolina, Wilmington, NC, 11am to 1pm, Saturday, March 31. The ceremony is open to all couples who were married while on active duty, in the reserves or on National Guard status. There is no fee to participate, but pre-registration is required at
