Music means different things to different people. There are those who think that it’s just entertainment… something to listen to as they make the long drive to work or clean the house. Some think that there is a soundtrack for their lives… that some of the songs are truthfully about them, so they listen to it to have something to relate to. Then, there are the ones that live it and breathe it every day of their lives… the ones that it’s not just a part of their lives, but it’s a part of themselves, right down to their soul and into their being… they are the ones that can’t live without music in their lives, or something would just being… missing. These are the type of people that make up the wonderful bands that are out there that we all truly love. These are the type of people that make up Marlboro Adams.
If you missed the show they performed at CJ’s Upper Deck in Waterford, MI on Friday night, you missed something beyond amazing. Not only did the show include some music that would take your breath away, but it also included some fun, entertainment, and life through the performance. This was a show that will go down in history for this group, from band members joining fans on the dance floor to members of the band getting littered with bras during the second set, the night was nothing less than epic. Their set list included music like Superstition (Stevie Wonder), Santeria (Sublime), Cumbersome (Seven Mary Three), Aeroplane (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Let’s Get It On (Marvin Gaye), and Enter Sandman (Metallica). Band members included singer Matt Baehr, Guitarist Doug Allam, Guitarist Andy Barrett, Bass Player Mitch Wilde, Drummer Dave Distasio, and saxophone player Antonio Musse.
